Like DataEngine.GetCustomMetaData, the DataEngine.AfterDataGroupsLoaded script is intended to be used to customize the data dictionary at runtime. The difference between the two is that DataEngine.AfterDataGroupsLoaded fires after data groups have been loaded from the data dictionary.
